You don’t need to - we can purchase your property directly from you (to save your fees). However, if you do decide to go down the route of advertising it on the open market instead, we won’t be offended.
Who progresses the sale if there’s no estate agent?
We’ll both work directly with solicitors - we’re just cutting out the middle man!
If I submit an enquiry, do I have to sell to you?
Absolutely not, there’s no obligation to sell to us. It’s ok if you’re just intrigued as to what we would offer for your property. The price will reflect the speed we’re willing to move and our buying position.
